Gloria and Don sold our home  in Menifee in 2005 We originally contacted Gloria via theTarbell website. A first meeting was with Gloria, over dinner and we immediately hit it off. A Lesson Learned From the onset, Gloria's focus and initiative, combined with her creative marketing plan proved to us what a mistake we made  previously by listing our home with a discount company trying to save money. For six months we did not receive even one legitimate offer. After meeting with Gloria & Don and hearing their powerful listing presentation, we decided that what they said made sense and we felt confident they knew what they were doing.  Hiring them proved to be a wise decision.  You do get what you pay for! Gloria, listened and responded to our specific needs. Looking back, it is clear to us that signing on with Gloria Michealson was a very wise decision on our part. A couple of issues made this an exceptionally complex situation to manage. First, we had never, personally, met Gloria Michealson; we were referred to her by a friend. Second, we were living cross country, in Pennsylvania, during the entire process.
